Job description
As a Product Designer, you'll shape how humans work with autonomous AI agents from the ground up. This isn't about polishing existing interfaces; it's about inventing new ways for humans and AI to collaborate in real logistics workflows.
Qualifications
- You're a proven builder with 5+ years designing digital products (e.g. as UX Designer), including significant experience with zero-to-one and early-stage products.
- You're a design craftsperson with strong visual and interaction design skills, proficient in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Subframe).
- You think in AI systems, creating design processes, patterns, and principles from scratch, with a deep understanding of autonomous systems, conversational flows, and multi-agent setups in practice (not just how they look).
- You're a prototyping & AI adopter who rapidly builds prototypes, validates with users, and leverages AI tools to accelerate discovery.
- You bring an ownership mindset, take responsibility, make confident decisions, and ensure progress independently.
