Job description
As a Senior Software Engineer – AI Agents, you’ll build automation systems for customer projects, working end-to-end from architecture and infrastructure to integrations in live client environments. This is a broad role by design: you’ll take ownership across layers, drive technical direction, and deliver systems that scale and create measurable customer impact.
Qualifications
- You are an experienced software engineer with 5+ years experience in data-intensive, AI-centric product development.
- You are high-agency, taking initiative and driving projects forward with ownership while collaborating closely with teammates and stakeholders.
- You have a strong background in Python and a track record of building clean, maintainable systems.
- You are knowledgeable about infrastructure for sensitive customer data and understand GDPR compliance requirements.
- You are hands-on with Large Language Models (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and daily work with GPT/Claude/Gemini).
- You are familiar with Vertex AI, Bedrock, or containerized ML infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker).
- You are a problem solver and communicator, capable of engaging directly with clients and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- You have experience applying Robot Process Automation tools in combination with Gen AI to extend AI-based automation beyond APIs.
